Curious what your property is worth? Just ask.

A real estate agent will pull the recent sales on your street, walk your property, and tell you what the property will sell for. For free, no obligations.

A real person builds your report. Usually back within one business day.

Selling a Florida property from another country

You never have to fly in. You sign online, a notary witnesses it near you, and the money is wired to your bank. FIRPTA holds back part of the sale price and you claim it back on a tax return, so we plan for it at the start and bring in an accountant who works both sides.

They told me which repairs were worth doing and which were a waste of money. I spent about eighteen hundred dollars and got it back several times over at closing.

We had a number in our heads that turned out to be wrong. The report showed us the real range, we priced it right, and the house went under contract in eleven days.

I did not want the whole neighborhood knowing my business. No sign, no open house, and it still closed at a price I felt good about.

Before you ask

Straight answers

No. The report is free and you are not signing anything. Many people ask out of curiosity and sell years later. We are happy either way.
Sellers usually pay agent compensation plus closing costs like title fees and taxes. Every fee is agreed in writing before your home goes on the market. We also give you a net sheet, which shows the money you actually keep at the end.
A home priced right often goes under contract in a few weeks, then closes in about 30 to 45 days. A quiet sale to a cash buyer can close in two to three weeks, because there is no bank loan to wait on.
Not always. Some small fixes pay you back several times over, and some are a waste of money. We walk your home and tell you which is which before you spend anything.
Use it as a starting point. A website cannot see your remodeled kitchen, your roof age, or the highway behind your back fence, so its number can miss by a lot. We look at the same data plus the things only a person can see.
